By accessing or using HornyGorilla ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role — Intermediary Only

HornyGorilla is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and certified riggers within the skydiving community. The platform operator is not a party to any transaction, inspection, or agreement made between users.

HornyGorilla does not:

• Buy, sell, or own any equipment listed on the platform
• Employ or supervise any rigger listed in the directory
• Guarantee the accuracy of any listing, inspection report, or user-provided information
• Guarantee that a transaction will be completed

3. User Responsibilities

By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You are legally permitted to sell or transfer the equipment you list
• Listed equipment complies with the regulations of your country

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including technical specifications, condition descriptions, and photos.

4. Rigger Responsibilities

Riggers listed in the directory confirm that:

• Their license information is accurate and current
• Inspection reports they issue reflect their honest professional assessment
• They hold valid certification under their national or international authority

HornyGorilla manually reviews license certificates submitted during registration, but this review does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of a rigger's work.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Listings for stolen, counterfeit, or illegally modified equipment
• False or misleading descriptions of equipment condition or history
• Impersonation of a certified rigger
• Any content that violates applicable laws

The platform reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

6. Payments and Transactions

During the current phase of the platform, payments are arranged directly between users outside of HornyGorilla. The platform does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment.

Users transact at their own risk. HornyGorilla recommends using traceable payment methods and confirming equipment condition before completing any transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, financial loss, or other harm arising from:

• The use or malfunction of any equipment listed or sold on the platform
• The quality or accuracy of any inspection report issued by a rigger
• Any dispute between users

Skydiving equipment directly affects personal safety. Always have equipment inspected by a licensed rigger before use, regardless of its listed condition.

8. Changes to These Terms

The platform operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
